Jacalyn Bennett is a trusted executive-level advisor specializing in business strategy, regulatory affairs, infrastructure investment, and technology transformation within the energy and utility sector. With over 25 years of experience, she helps organizations navigate complexity, optimize operations, and drive sustainable growth through tailored solutions. 

Her expertise spans project initiation, governance, development, and delivery; rate making; and business strategy development for growth and transformation. She has led mega projects worth hundreds of millions, transformed business teams to drive growth and change. With deep experience in technology and process transformation, she helps organizations stay ahead in an evolving energy landscape. Jacalyn has a deep understanding of utility metering through to billing. She understands the complexity and compliance related to this key function. 

A licensed professional engineer, Jacalyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta. Her background in engineering governance, regulatory defence, and strategic investment planning positions her as a key resource for energy and infrastructure organizations.
